Experts in Lawn Care
Aggie Family-Owned!
Licensed & Insured
Customer Relationship Focused
The Fertilizer Guy was founded with the intention of making your lawn a mini-golf course and providing the best customer service in the Brazos Valley!
Inspired by Neil Sperry, lawn health is our priority and our only focus. No mowing, no flowerbeds, no trees, just green grass!
The best companies in any industry are those who focus on one thing and for us, that is the health of your lawn. Green grass and top-notch customer service are what we want to be known for and we won’t stop until you’re satisfied!
As an Aggie-owned and operated company, we take Aggie values seriously and only employ those who do. Keeping our customers informed and educated on lawn health is also a top priority.
Each treatment we perform throughout the year serves a purpose in overall lawn health and we don’t want you to be in the dark about what we’re doing to make and keep your lawn beautiful.
As a new customer, you will receive watering and mowing guideline sheets that we created to help you know what to set your sprinkler on and mowing height and frequency.
As well as being your fertilizer and weed control company, we are always more than happy to answer any lawn health questions you have throughout the year and recommend other companies we trust to perform other lawn services we don’t!
Our Mission
Devoted to providing the highest quality lawn health and customer service in the Brazos Valley, The Fertilizer Guy strives to exceed the expectations of our clients.
Our Values
Providing the most expert lawn care solutions in the Brazos County area with integrity while remaining relationship-focused. It isn’t just about making great lawns, it’s about building lasting relationships with our clients.
What You Can Expect
Great communication with our clients is a standard operation and keeping you informed is a must when it comes to the health of your lawn.
Treatments typically come 6-8 weeks apart throughout the year and you will always receive an email in advance of a treatment letting you know a general time to expect us on your lawn, with any specific instructions.
Things like keeping the dog inside, unlocking a side gate, or giving you the heads up that it will need to be watered and when to water.
While we are on your property performing a treatment, the trained technician will be on the lookout for anything on the lawn that isn’t quite right and needs to be addressed.
During each of the treatments throughout the year, the lawn tech will also be searching for any weeds popping up that need to be “spot treated.”
After the treatment is complete, you will receive a follow-up email letting you know we are done and if anything out of the ordinary was noticed while we were on your property.
There will also be watering instructions included, if that is necessary, and how long to keep pets off of the lawn.
As your lawn health experts, we also want to be your sounding board throughout the year with any questions you might have. Questions such as mowing height, watering schedules, things you are noticing about your lawn, etc. are always welcome.
When you hire The Fertilizer Guy to care for your lawn’s health, you can expect better service than you’ve ever received before from a lawn company!
